What to expect

  • The Setting

    Situated in 195 acres of beautiful countryside with amazing views over the rolling Cotswold hills.

    Explore the surrounding area and enjoy the beauty of Summer on our guided walk or take in the grounds in your free time.

    There is plenty of space for quiet times both inside and out, as well as a grand communal area to eat together and connect with the group.

    The barns have been restored and developed with luxury in mind. All rooms are en-suite.

    We’ll explore the outside spaces, the grounds and the woodland area and take in the stunning countryside with a guided walk.

    In your free time, take a dip in the hot tub or chill in one of the communal spaces.

  • The Experience

    Twice daily yoga practices, from energising flow and mandala in the morning to restorative and yin to relax and restore energy in the evening.

    Expect extra shorter sessions over the weekend ranging from pranayama, to meditation to yoga nidra.

    The weekend will be a wonderful opportunity to delve a little deeper into the practice.

    There will be plenty of time to explore our asana practice, with the option of hands on assists and adjustments from Maria.

    Prepare for extra long savasanas and to leave feeling thoroughly transformed and refreshed.

    Whether you are travelling solo or with friends, there will be plenty of time to connect with fellow retreaters as well as time to yourself.

  • The Team

    Your retreat host, Maria, will be on hand to guide yoga sessions, lead the walk and hold space for you.

    We are joined by the wonderful Hollie, who will be guest teaching an energising mandala flow and perhaps a few extra treats!

    Our very own retreat chef Bex will be cooking up a vegan storm in the kitchen. Expect incredible food and serious indulgent treats!

    Marisa will guide us on a dreamy and magical sound bath.

    Emma from Mind Body Beauty will be offering massages in our private treatment room (additional cost).
